The reason we ask for a detailed explanation is because we need to understand you and your personal story so we can make the best decision on who to select for a PHP scholarship. What you tell us is all we have to make our scholarship selections, so please be as detailed as possible. We know this can be very difficult, but we want to understand YOU.
