Jennifer L. Yount is the sole proprietor of a Leadership and Life Coaching and Leadership Training and Consulting business, Tee Shot to Life. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute with over 600 coaching hours. She is also a certified facilitator of numerous FranklinCovey programs, including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, Leadership: Great Leaders. Great Teams. Great Result ®, and Leading at the Speed of Trust®. Before beginning her own businesses, she spent five years as the Director of Leadership Development at The California Maritime Academy, a campus of California State University and three years as an Assistant Professor in the Marine Transportation Department.

She also has a successful background in strategic planning and achieving results with over 20 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, culminating in her assignment as ship’s Commanding Officer. She also spent over four years in human resource management and policy positions at the Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Additionally, she spent almost eight years in operational resource management, oversight, planning, and coordination positions in response to significant national and international issues. Not only has she commanded a military ship at sea, she also holds a current license of Master of Steam or Motor Vessels of Any Gross Tons Upon Oceans.

She was one of the first women to graduate from a military academy after graduating from the United States Coast Guard Academy, New London, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science. She then earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Barry University of Miami, Florida.

Athena Katsaros is passionate about people living lives they love and doing work that is deeply fulfilling. As a co-founder of IdeaTribe she works with individuals, teams, and organizations to cultivate fulfillment, leadership, creativity and collaboration. Athena is a partner who listens, challenges, encourages, and guides her clients to reach beyond what they thought was possible to what they truly want. She has extensive experience in the corporate arena as a marketing strategist and in the non-profit world as a board member and team coach.

Athena is a committed advocate for peace and as a member of the Business Council for Peace, she co-develops and delivers training and mentoring programs for businesswomen in post-conflict countries, including Afghanistan and Rwanda. Athena also co-designed and delivered a three year program to help bring joy and meaning back into the lives of people who lost family members on September 11, 2001. In addition she has worked with the U.S. Special Forces in programs to support collaboration across government agencies and non-government organizations as well as between international military organizations.
